ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES

Any and all changes that affect the exterior appearance of your home MUST receive prior approval from the Potomac Pointe Homeowner's Association. This includes any repainting or replacement of external architectural elements, including windows, doors, garage doors, shutters, window and door trim, and roofs, as well as removal of the tree in front of your home and any modifications to your home's driveway or curb area.

Before beginning any work, you must first fill out and submit an Architectural Change Application, which can be accessed here.
